Porting & Head Flow Testing



I have been porting cylinder heads for the past 30 years and have had a flowbench for over 20 years so I've ported many, many cylinder heads, 2, 3,4 and 5 valves per cylinder,  most commonly ive ported 2 and 4 valve heads.

I keep up with the latest techniques by attending seminars as they come up and have just returned from the latest one in Ohio (Nov 08), with a leading US Pro Stock Cylinder Head Guru, Darin Morgan. I am also in constant contact with other leading cylinder head porters and constant discussion keeps us at the forefront of cylinder head design and porting.

Our cylinder head shop ensures all work is done inhouse, from Sunnen diamond honing to proven seat profiles on our Serdi machine, we also use a 1000lb Rimac valve spring tester for correct valve spring tensions for a particular usage.

Our Superfloww 600E flowbench is also available to flow test your home ported heads to determine how successful they'll be on your engine, we also have 20 years of flow files with many different heads to compare your flow figures. (Please ensure heads are clean if you require a head flow test)
